TfL instructed C&W to advise on the optimum route realise value from the property. C&W undertook a viability study to assess the optimum scheme and were subsequently instructed to manage a multi skilled professional team to secure planning for the scheme.

C&W undertook a national marketing campaign to ensure that best consideration was achieved. A preferred party was selected with exchange and completion taking place less than two weeks later after the negotiation of legal documents.

Where we added value

The experience of the team in managing multi-discipline professional teams resulted in a successful planning application to optimise site value. An extensive marketing campaign was resulted in wide exposure for the opportunity and a capital receipt in excess of the expectations of client was secured within an extremely short timeframe.
