Westfield London sought to develop a land holding adjacent to their Stratford shopping centre. C&W assisted with obtaining planning permission to maximise value whilst having consideration for a number of constraints such as access, rights of way, existing planning conditions, and the need for the new building to adjoin a youth hostel.

Where we added value

C&W optimised the scheme around a number of difficult development and planning constraints which assisted with pre-letting discussions. Our advice also encompassed land assembly options and helped to secure vacant possession.
