Vodafone instructed C&W to negotiate heads of terms for use of part of their land to facilitate a neighbouring development. C&W assessed the financial implications of the neighbouring developer not having access to the strip of land given their existing site constraints in order to inform negotiations and a financial settlement.

Where we added value

C&W negotiated a payment to Vodafone which was 185% of the original offer received. C&W also negotiated for the provision of monitoring equipment on the property at nil cost.
