Created and ongoing management of the project master budget and programme. Coordinated competitive design and professional team selection and contractual negotiations. Design management through planning and stakeholder engagement and negotiation of statutory agreements to secure consent for a prime Grade A commercial scheme in a core St James’s location. RIBA Stage 4 design closed, contractor procurement progressing.
